We have two sources of information from existing AR’s of network,s. First we stay in contact with all of the people we place to make sure that the network we recommend to them is doing what it said it would when they signed up. Second, we mystery shop all of the networks we deal with. Associates from various parts of the country contact AR,s from various networks taken at random from the FSA register and ask what they think of their networks, if they are doing what they said they would and if they have had any problems, and if that is the case, how good were the network at resolving these issues.
